Q. Tell me a little about yourself. Describe your background and how long you have worked for the agency.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration, 19 Years in Human Resources and Benefit Administration, specializing in Section 125 and COBRA benefits. For the last 9 years my focus mental health and co-occurring disorders, functional health, chronic illness, and long-term disability and care coordination. I am a certified ACHA Mental Health and Functional assessment and hold certifications DCF Quality Assessment an Improvement.

I listen to understand the client’s unique family needs to help them create realistic goal that they can achieve.

I love seeing the light in their eyes with the information and knowledge we teach them to realize they can accomplish their goals of self-sufficient through hard work and determination
